The double-sided AccuformNMC RPT170G inspection safety tag is constructed of high-strength 15 mil material for water and chemical resistance with a 3/8" brass grommet. This tag is ideal for recording safety inspections in the workplace on equipment and machinery. On the front of the tag it's easy to write out important safety inspection information and the equipment ID, location, date, so it's clear to see who conducted the inspection. This tag has a tensile strength of 6,300 pounds per square inch to help resist unauthorized removal and has a 3/8" diameter hole and an 8" one-piece nylon cable tie for convenient attachment. This tag can be used to display the last inspection date and the inspection history for equipment in a specific location. The tag measures 6 x 3 inches (H x W). (H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right.)
