- SEAL & PROTECT: Universal Shingle Oil is a premium interior/exterior wood oil formulated with a highly refined base stock and designed to prolong wood’s useful life.
- IMPROVED APPEARANCE: The oil absorbs into the wood which improves the appearance and reduces the effects of weathering. This product cannot renew wood that is already weather damaged.
- SLOW WOOD AGING: Can be used on all outdoor wood products including, shake roofs, log homes, wood siding, fencing, decking, planter box, raised planter bed, and cedar planter box.
- APPLICATION & USE: This product can be applied by brushing or spraying, and any loose dirt or debris should be cleaned from the surface before oil application. The typical application rate is 150-300 square feet per gallon. This rate depends on the type of wood and the rate at which the oil saturates the wood. Safely store any excess product for up to 5 years, if stored responsibly in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
